這款 Hazy 採用無酒花煮沸麥汁，僅在發酵後大量乾投來自 Freestyle Hops 的紐西蘭 Nelson Sauvin 與 Rakau 酒花。英文酒名 Sunrise Valley 取自這兩款酒花的產地——隱身於紐西蘭 Upper Moutere 山谷間的啤酒花農場。

With bright notes of lemon zest and freshly peeled orange dancing on the palate, Sunrise Valley delivers a refreshingly crisp finish. Crafted using a unique hop-free boil process, it is then massively dry-hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops, sourced from our friends at Freestyle Hops.The name *Sunrise Valley* is inspired by the very place these exceptional hops are grown — a picturesque valley tucked away in Upper Moutere, New Zealand, where Freestyle carefully cultivates their crops.This technique — skipping the traditional hop boil and relying solely on heavy dry-hopping for flavor — was once considered radical.We truly hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we love brewing it.
