Red Rocks

紅岩搖滾 Red Ale 採用古老的石頭釀造，將啤酒過濾通過裝滿巨石的啤酒花槽，由木柴火焰高溫加熱至超過 500°C，啤酒再通過一個塞滿整顆Nelson Sauvin 啤酒花的啤酒花槽進行過濾。最終釀成帶有濃郁多汁的風味與太妃糖甜味，疊出層層啤酒花香氣。

Red Rock Reserve Stein Bier uses an ancient stone brewing technique, where the beer is filtered through a hop back filled with giant stones heated by a wood fire to over 500°C. The beer is then passed through another hop back packed with whole-cone Nelson Sauvin hops. The final brew delivers rich, juicy flavors with toffee sweetness, layered with complex hop aromas.
