Back Block

Wildflower ale, spontaneous fermented using only the wild yeast from

freshly foraged mānuka flowers, aged in oak barrels and then blended with

a batch of fresh beer ‘hopped’ with mānuka tips. The result is a deliciously

drinkable dark ale, with a delicately tart citrus, floral, honey flavour

and a light, spicy mānuka twist. Go wild.
